ALL-100G High Speed Gang Programmer

Using multiple Socket Boards a single programmer can be used as a multi-site programmer for both low volume and high volume production. Using the USB port up to 8 sets of the ALL-200G can be connected to a single PC for either synchronous or asynchronous multi-site programming for maximum programming throughput.

The basic design uses very high frequency circuitry with 56 sets of 8 precision universal pin drivers to produce high speed, low noise, accurate and reliable programming signals. Each site is totally independent to eliminate interference during multi-site programming.

The supporting software is updated weekly and can be downloaded – free of charge – directly from our website. HiLo are always willing to add new devices when these are requested.

The All-100G can program up to 8 EPROM, EEPROM, FLASH, microcontrollers, Serial PROM and other device types. Based on the All-100 gang modules are available to hold 4, 6 or 8 devices and when you change part you only have to change the module, not the whole programmer. Support is provided for all of the latest package styles including DIP, PLCC, SOP/SOIC, TSOP, SSOP, QFP, TQFP, MQFP, BGA and others.

Easy to setup & operate:The ALL-200G setup and operation is very simpleeasily by connecting the Programmer to your Windows PC and a USB port. Simply load your data file or read a Master IC, then select the functional options (Program,Verify,Auto..etc.) to start programming.

Site independent parallel programming:The ALL-100G Programmer has 56 x 8 sets of Precise Universal Pin Drivers. Each site has its own individual Pin Driver so sites are totally independent without interfering with each other during multi-site programming.

The ALL-100G can be setup for multi-site & multi-set operation when required for production volumes. Up to 8 sites x 8 sets = 64 sites can be programmed simultaneously for maximize throughput.

High expansion flexibility: It is very easy to change the ALL-100G to program different device types simply by replacing the appropriate Socket Boards on the top of the Programmer.
